Welcome to use the services provided by Anhui Evctime Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Evctime"). These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Evctime regarding the use of the new energy vehicle technical service platform, maintenance systems, training resources, and related tools provided by us.
Please read these Terms carefully and ensure you understand them fully, especially the provisions regarding exemption or limitation of liability.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms: Once you register, log in, or use our services in any manner, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the services immediately.
1.2 Scope of Services: Services provided by Evctime include but are not limited to: new energy vehicle maintenance technical support, intelligent damage assessment systems, spare parts supply chain management, online/offline talent training, and extended warranty service consultation.
2.1 Registration Eligibility: You must possess the corresponding civil capacity. If you register on behalf of an enterprise or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account name and password and are legally liable for all activities and events under that account.
When using our services, you promise to comply with the following norms:
4.1 Ownership of Rights: All content contained in Evctime's services (including but not limited to text, software, source code, databases, trademarks, logos, training courseware, maintenance technical documents, and AI algorithm models) is owned by Evctime.
4.2 License Grant: These Terms do not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for the purpose of accessing relevant content to use our services.
4.3 User Generated Content: If you upload original content while using training or community services, you retain ownership of that content, but grant us a free, perpetual, irrevocable worldwide license to use it for improving services or technical promotion.
5.1 Service Interruption: We assume no responsibility for service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, government actions), hacker attacks, network failures, or other reasons not attributable to us.
5.2 Third-Party Links: Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third parties.
5.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we assume no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption).
Evctime reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time according to business development or changes in laws and regulations. The revised Terms will be published on the official website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you have the right to stop using the service.
7.1 Governing Law: The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute regarding the content or execution of these Terms, both parties shall strive to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the People's Court with jurisdiction over Evctime's location.
